The Hungry, Hungry Zombie is a PC game made in Unity where the player is a zombie who must overcome falling platforms while eating as much steak as they can before the end of the world. It's an apocalypse, and the world is crumbling down as we know it! The player a zombie who is trying to survive by eating what is left in this world: steak. The player must eat as much steak as they can while not dying (again).
I was a programmer, and I got the assets from the Unity Asset Store. I was inspired by the dancing minigame in MapleStory 2. I wanted to create a fast-paced game where the player feels a sense of agency and stress while completing the goal. I enjoy games where the player must beat themselves by getting a better score than their last one. The game has replayability, and the falling platforms and amount of time the player has to collect as much steak as they can are randomized, so different playthroughs may be more stressful than others.
Here are some enemy concept art for an upcoming game my team and I are making. After a dark and stormy night, the player wakes up on a deserted, unforsaken island with no physical body. A fairy takes pity on the poor fellow and gives them a temporary body that peculiarly resembles a stuffed animal. As the player explores the land to find answers, they realize that to escape the island, they must find out the island's mystery while swapping out body parts to survive.
The enemies are stuffed animals who have been possessed by angry spirits of children who dies on the island.
